The annual Robert H. Goddard Memorial Symposium is held in Greenbelt, Maryland and is sponsored by the American Astronautical Society. The symposium features leaders in science, engineering, technology and policy to discuss common and unique challenges and opportunities that lie ahead with the space program.
“For 55 years, the Robert H. Goddard Memorial Symposium has been the D.C. area’s premier conference for leaders in the aerospace industry, science and space policy,” said Harley Thronson, chairman of the symposium’s planning committee. The 2017 symposium addressed how a new Administration and Congress will impact our current space program, and provided updates on the road ahead.
The next Goddard Symposium is set for March 13-15, 2018.
